I have always been interested in modeling and recall my very first magazine shoot when I was 18. I was thankful then, and still today, I am so thankful for the opportunity to do what I love and for the support that I have received from my family and role models. I, myself, am inspired by the opportunity to be a roleMODEL (see what I did there?). I have always looked up to the strong women in my life, of course that includes my mom. One day I decided I wanted to give back in the same way these women had guided and helped me. It is at this time that I started to mentor many young ladies, helping them to make positive and edifying choices.

Now for the very exciting news, April has been selected, out of thousands of entries, to be a finalist in the Bebe It Girl Model Search! She needs our help so let's vote til we can't vote no more! The contest ends tomorrow so there's still plenty of time to get your vote on. I know you're all so sad that the election is over (NOT) but this should help fill the void! It's like the presidential election but sexier! And no waiting in line! YIPPEEE! Vote away betches!
